The Youth Card is all-powerful

Without excessive service fees in Estonia, abroad and online. Order a Youth Card made of recycled plastic if you are 6-25 years of age and decide on your finances yourself.

You just dropped the phone you bought and the screen broke? No problem if you used the Youth Card when paying for the purchase. The purchase insurance that automatically accompanies the card protects durable goods with a purchase price between EUR 100 and EUR 5000 for 180 days after the purchase.

What does purchase insurance cover?

The purchase insurance included with the Youth Card provides 180 days of protection for durable goods that you have paid for with a Youth Card.
The insurance protects in various cases where an item has been broken, destroyed or stolen. For more information, please read the terms and conditions of insurance.
Purchase insurance is provided by LHV Kindlustus.

The sum insured is the purchase price of the insured object, in the extent to which LHV indemnifies the damage caused due to an insured event.

What should I do in the case of a loss event?

Notify us of the loss event as soon as possible and follow the instructions of the LHV claims handling specialist.
In case of a loss event, submit a purchase insurance claim.

  • item purchase receipt and card payment receipt (card payment statement from internet bank also acceptable as the latter)
  • in the case of burglary or robbery, the police report as well

Campaign Terms and Conditions

I Participation
  1. The “Sajaga edasi” (“Full on with a hundred”) campaign (hereinafter the campaign) is organised by AS LHV Pank (hereinafter the organiser), located at Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, registry code: 10539549, telephone: 6 800 400, e-mail: info@lhv.ee.
  2. The campaign will be held between 01.01–31.12.2024.
  3. All LHV Youth Card users who are up to 25 years old and have made at least 15 card payments with the LHV Youth Card during the calendar month preceding the prize draw day may participate in the campaign.
  4. No registration is required in order to participate in the campaign, but the participant must accept the terms and conditions, including giving consent to the disclosure of his or her name on the lhv.ee website, LHV’s online magazine Investeeri, as well as in the e-mail and social media channels of LHV’s client communication, if he or she proves to be the winner.
  5. Employees of AS LHV Pank and its group companies LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus and LHV Finance and their family members shall not be eligible to participate in the campaign.
  6. The prize draw is carried out on 12 occasions. The same person may prove to be the winner on multiple occasions.
II Prize
  1. The campaign prize is 100 euros, and is transferred by the organiser to the winner’s current account in LHV Bank.
  2. If the winner has activated the micro-investment option, he or she will gain an additional prize of 100 euros, which will be transferred by the organiser to his or her Growth Account. If the winner is a minor who has activated the micro-investment option, the additional prize of 100 euros will be transferred to the parent’s current account in LHV Bank.
  3. The bank shall not issue the prize in cash.
  4. The organiser shall raffle the prizes from 5 January 2024 (included) onwards, on the 5th day of the month or the following banking day, in the presence of LHV Bank’s compliance officer.
  5. The organiser shall inspect compliance with the campaign terms and conditions, and notify the winner within three working days after the monthly prize draw.
  6. The campaign participant shall be responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address and telephone number submitted to the organiser in his or her customer data. The prize shall be paid out within three banking days after the winner has been contacted.
  7. Any taxes on the disbursement of the prize shall be borne by the organiser.
III Other
  1. The campaign participant shall adhere to the rules established and decisions made by the organiser with regard to the campaign.
  2. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the organiser shall have the right to suspend the campaign without any advance notification or consequences. The organiser shall notify participants of such a suspension via the lhv.ee website or other channel.
  3. The organiser shall have the right to make any decisions regarding the campaign without giving any advance notification thereof.
  4. Any complaints with regard to the campaign shall be submitted to the organiser’s postal address at Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn 10145.

SPORTLAND

Get 20% discount with your Youth Card on all leisure footwear from Sportland online store when using a campaign code.

You can find the campaign code as a notification on our mobile app. Discount is calculated from full price and is valid until 30.04.2024. To use the discount you need to register as a customer and log in to the online store.

MYFITNESS

The MyFitness+ full membership plan costs €54 with a Youth Card discount code (ordinary price €67). You can jõin up free of charge with any plan.

To recieve the discount register the web as a MyFitness member and enter your Youth Card discount code, which you will find in the internet bank or mobiile app under cards section.

R-KIOSK

When paying with the Youth Card, all hot food and drinks are 20% cheaper.

To recieve the discount you must pay with the Youth Card. Ask the discount from the seller before making a purchase . Only one discount is valid at a time. The discount is not valid at shops located in Tallinn Airport and Pärnu beach, Tallinn Bus station or abroad ferries.

Terms and conditions of the campaign

  • The Youth Card promotional campaign (Campaign) of AS LHV Pank (LHV Pank) will take place from 16 to 30 April 2024 (Campaign Period).
  • All Youth Bank clients aged 6 to 25 years (included) who order the Youth Card as the Client’s first LHV Pank card during the Campaign Period and activate it take part in the campaign.
  • Within the framework and on the terms and conditions of the campaign 5 (five) euros will be transferred to the Clients participating in the Campaign (Campaign Fee).
  • The Bank will pay the Campaign Fee by 14 May 2024 at the latest to Clients who order a Youth Card between 16 and 30 April 2024 and activate it between 16 April and 13 May 2024.
  • Within the Campaign, Clients can order and activate a physical or virtual Youth Card.
  • Employees of LHV Pank and companies belonging to the same group as LHV Pank as well as their family members cannot take part in the campaign.
  • Clients who have debt to LHV Pank cannot take part in the campaign.

Obligations/Other

  • Each participant in the campaign commits to accept all the rules established by LHV Pank, including decisions made during the campaign.
  • In the case of force majeure, LHV Pank holds the right to interrupt the campaign without any consequences and prior notice. LHV Pank will notify of such discontinuation of the campaign, if possible, via the bank’s website (lhv.ee) or using any other client communication channel.
  • LHV Pank reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the promotional campaign without prior notice thereof. All complaints related to the organisation of the campaign must be presented to LHV Pank by mail to the address: Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn 10145.
