Who is the LHV ISIC for?
You can order an ISIC through our mobile app if:
- you are a LHV client (if you are not a customer yet, sign up here)
- you are at least 16
- you are studying full or part time in any study format (day school, online, cyclical study, etc.) at an Estonian university or institution of professional education on the basis of a higher education curriculum. Yes, you can be on academic leave at the time of application.
You cannot apply for the ISIC card, if you are an extern, intern, a resident, or student of the Open University, unless you are a student of the University of Tartu Open University.
How to order?
If you are not yet a client of LHV, open a private customer account
Open the cards tab on the app, tap the plus sign at the top and choose “Virtual ISIC card”
Enter the name of your college or university and a photo of yourself
Accept the terms and give consent for the Federation of Estonian Student Unions to process your data
You will find your new student card under the Cards tab of the mobile app
The virtual ISIC gives you access to discounts in Estonia and internationally
You can spot these discounts by the corresponding decal on an establishment’s door or near the payment terminal. You can also ask the seller if they offer an ISIC discount. In most cases, you only need to present your ISIC to score the discount.
For example, the ISIC card gives you:
- 20% off all parcel services at Omniva (parcel locker, courier, post office)
- 15% off purchases in the Samsung online store
- 10% off at Hesburger
- 10% off at Vapiano
Virtual ISIC + Youth Card = an ideal combo for young students
Please note: our ISIC cannot be used as a bank card. If you are younger than 26, you can order a free Youth Card to go with your ISIC. It comes with purchase insurance; discount offers, and a chance of winning spending money and investing money.
