To finalise an agreement, fill in an application for payment acquiring. We will then send you the agreement to sign within two working days. Once we have received the signed agreement, you can expect to receive comprehensive service integration instructions within just one working day.
Payments made through bank links will be promptly credited to your account upon customer payment confirmation. If the customer's bank participates in the instant payment system, the funds will be transferred to your LHV account instantly. For banks not yet part of the instant payment system, we'll process the payment as a standard interbank transfer.
What makes our bank link special is that the service does not have an agreement fee or a monthly fee. We calculate a fixed fee for each transaction according to the agreement.

Yes, in order to enter into a bank link agreement, you must have an active client agreement at LHV. Each bank link payment is received directly to your LHV account. If you are not yet a client of LHV, you can do so conveniently on our website.
Yes, payments from each online shop or invoice can be directed to a different account.
No, there is no limit on the number of agreements. Several agreements can be signed for different fields of activity.

You can conveniently initiate a refund yourself via our merchant portal. However, we kindly request your attention when initiating a refund, as once the process is initiated, it cannot be reversed. The refund is free of charge.
Yes, the EveryPay portal receives information about payments with successful, failed or abandoned status. If you use the LHV app, you will receive a notification on your phone when you receive money.
