Based on the results of the survey on the expectations of students and employer reputation, organised by the employer branding agency Instar, LHV was again recognised as an attractive employer.
Last Friday, on 11 September, Instar recognised Estonia’s most attractive employers for the eleventh time in a row. Once again, younger Estonians valued the reputation of LHV as an employer highly, recognising it as the fifth most attractive employer among 230 organisations in Estonia. Only Microsoft, TransferWise, Pipedrive and Cleveron surpassed us. However, among experienced workers and students of economics, we attained a high second place, just behind TransferWise.
Starting from 2015, LHV has ranked higher each year on the scoreboard of the most attractive employers: In 2015 we were ranked 33rd, in 2016 - 20th, in 2017 - 12th, in 2018 - 11th, in 2019 - 7th, and this year we were came in at number 5.
This year’s Estonian-wide work expectation surveys of students of institutions of higher education and vocational schools were conducted in April and May, involving more than 6,100 participants. The respondents assessed the attractiveness of 230 organisations of Estonia, with the most important aspect being fair and equal treatment of employees and good inner climate of the organisation.
