In December, CV-Online Estonia conducted its annual Top Employer survey, which identified the preferences of Estonian people when choosing an employer. For the third year in a row, LHV was chosen as the winner in the Top-of-Mind category, i.e., the company where Estonian people would most like to work. LHV was also recognised as the preferred employer in the financial sector.
According to Age Leedo, Head of Human Resources at LHV, the title of best employer is recognition for LHV as a whole. ‘LHV is overwhelmed with gratitude for our people, whose actions have once again made us worthy of the Top-of-Mind recognition. This is a testament to the effectiveness of our efforts and our commitment to creating the best experience,’ said Leedo.
‘Our desire and goal is for employees to be able to harness their strengths, thereby inspiring those around them. We are simply delighted that not only our own dedicated employees appreciate it, but also our potential future colleagues,’ added Leedo.
The best employers were also selected separately in seven different business sectors. For the fourth year in a row, the respondents chose LHV as the top employer in the financial sector.
Participants in the survey were also able to indicate, among other things, the criteria they consider to be most important when choosing an employer. Competitive wages and additional benefits were considered the most important, followed by a good indoor climate and great colleagues, the noticing and recognition of good results, equal and fair treatment, and flexible working arrangements.
The Top Employer survey is organised by the leading recruitment partner CV-Online Estonia (CV.ee). A record 16,000 people took part in this year’s survey. The competition has a long history – Top Employers have been selected for the past 12 years.
