Changes in working hours and processing of payments during the Easter holidays

Please note that there will be some changes in LHV’s working hours and processing of payments during the coming Easter holidays.

On 2 April, Good Friday, LHV’s client offices, customer support and brokerage department will all be closed. Those who call us at the client support number 6 800 400 will be assisted by our service partner during the holidays.

Internal bank payments and instant payments between banks will take place as usual (24 h) during the holidays. At the same time, it should be taken into account that in many European countries, both Friday, 2 April, and Monday, 5 April, are public holidays, so payments within Europe are not processed between 2 April and 5 April. Receipts will arrive and payments will be processed again on Tuesday, 6 April. In addition, receipt of other cross-border payments to the recipient’s account may also be extended due to the holidays.

In case of important payments between banks, we recommend that these be made on 1 April before 16.30 to avoid any inconvenience, as they will then reach the recipient as a standard European payment prior to the holidays.

On 2 April, Trader and Broker account payments will not be made either. On Monday, 5 April, brokers will be at work starting at the usual time.
