24-hour assistance in the event of an emergency, such as a water accident, a broken lock or a broken window.

Quality items damaged due to a construction error

If, for example, sudden water damage occurs because of poor workmanship in plumbing, we will indemnify the damaged parquet, but not the costs of eliminating the construction defect (repairing the plumbing).

Entry of precipitation water

We shall compensate damage caused by the first-time entry of precipitation or melting water into the insured building through the roof, walls or other perimetral structures in the extent of up to 3,000 euros.

Damage caused by snow or ice on the roof

Damage cause due to the weight or movement of snow or ice that has accumulated on the roof over a short period (up to 72 hours).

Faults of home appliances and utility systems

A fault of up to 7-year-old utility system equipment (e.g., heating or ventilation equipment) and up to 5-year-old home appliances caused by a power cut or disruption or an electrical or internal mechanical fault of the equipment.

Psychological counselling after an insured event

We reimburse the visit fee of a psychologist, psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist and the cost of treatment prescribed by them after an insured event related to fire, intrusion or robbery.

Damage caused by a lessee

Damage caused intentionally or due to gross negligence to leased immovable property or domestic property located therein by a lessee and/or the persons permanently living with him or her in the leased premises. The insurance cover does not apply in the case of lease contracts of less than six months.

Costs of leasing a replacement dwelling

We shall help in finding a temporary place to live and indemnify the costs of moving to and from that place and pay the lease for the period during which your home is unfit for living due to an insured event. We shall indemnify the lease costs of the replacement dwelling until the restoration or replacement of the residential premises that have become unfit for living, but not for longer than 12 months and in excess of 6,000 euros. We shall not apply the deductible in indemnifying the lease costs of a replacement dwelling.

Loan payments

We shall indemnify the payments of a home loan taken for acquiring a dwelling for the period during which your home is unfit for living due to an insured event. We shall indemnify loan payments starting from 30 days after the insured event until the restoration or replacement of the residential premises that have become unfit for living, but not for longer than 12 months and in excess of 6,000 euros. We shall not apply the deductible in indemnifying loan payments.

Loss of lease income

We shall indemnify the lost lease income for the period during which the leased premises are unfit for living. We shall indemnify lease income starting from 30 days after the insured event until the restoration or replacement of the leased premises, but not for longer than 12 months and in excess of 6,000 euros. The insurance cover does not apply to lease contracts for which the validity period is less than six months.

We shall pay compensation for you if you or any of your family members accidentally causes damage to a third person. This could be a piping leak that originates in your home and causes damage to your neighbours’ property, or your child’s bike accidentally leaving a scratch mark on someone else’s car, or your child accidentally breaking a valuable item in a store. The territory of liability insurance is the Republic of Estonia.

Liability insurance abroad

The territory of liability insurance is the entire world. Outside Estonia, the insurance cover does not apply to claims arising from the ownership or possession of real estate property.

Pet owner’s liability insurance

We shall pay compensation for you if your pet causes damage to a third person. For instance, your dog damages the property of guests or leaves scratch marks on a vehicle parked in the street with its claws.

Liability insurance for light electric vehicle users

Insurance cover applies to damage caused to a third party by driving an electric scooter, an electric skateboard or a hoverboard.

Lessee’s liability insurance

We shall compensate a claim for damages filed by your lessor for you, if you have accidentally damaged the lessor’s property. The limit of indemnity in an insured event is the liability insurance amount indicated on the policy, but not more than 20,000 euros.
